The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Executive Assistant with experience in project coordination to join our team.  You will work closely with our Managing Director, Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Director of People & Culture.   This is a terrific opportunity to work within a firm that is in a growth phase and be part of shaping the future!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the ELT and MD to ensure firm projects and initiatives are delivered on time and in scope
  • Providing project tracking and coordinating document management including preparation and curation of project status reports, and other related documents.
  • Meeting coordination and taking meeting minutes
  • Providing high quality and confidential EA support to the Managing Director and Director of People & Culture

To be successful / considered you will have the following traits and skills:

  • Exceptional administrative skills
  • Sound understanding of project management principles 
  • Proven ability to manage quality work outcomes within strict time constraints.
  • High attention to detail with ability to prioritise.
  • Strong Communicate skills with ability to quickly build rapport and trust
  • Good work ethic with an enthusiastic attitude
  • Highly organised, agile and adaptable to changes in priorities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make good decisions
  • Financial acumen

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and recent experience as an Executive Assistant or in a project coordination role.

You will have experience / knowledge of the following technology:

  • Office 365
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
  • FYI Docs (desirable)
  • Experience utilising Power BI would be an advantage
