After completing a Bachelor of Business (Professional), majoring in Accounting, I began working at Accru as an IBL Undergraduate Accountant almost four years ago. Despite being halfway through the Chartered Accountants programme, I have recently been promoted to Senior Accountant. My most rewarding professional experience to date has been the opportunity to collaborate with a wide variety of customers, both within the Business Advisory and Audit teams.
Working at Accru has provided me with several possibilities for one-on-one learning and on-the-job training with directors of the company, which I have found to be quite beneficial. In addition, I spent two months lending a hand to the auditing team a couple of years ago, which provided me with a more in-depth understanding of the processes utilised by several other teams within the company.
A highlight of my job is dealing with a diverse group of colleagues and clients who are passionate about their work. This company has offered me an excellent atmosphere for professional growth and advancement and the fulfilment that comes from providing an exceptionally high level of customer service.
