People and Culture Manager
Jackson joined Accru Melbourne in 2025 as People and Culture Manager, bringing a thoughtful and strategic approach to supporting the firm’s people, leaders and culture.
Holding a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Human Resource Management, he partners closely with the Accru team and leadership to deliver effective people and culture strategies that align with the firm’s values and long-term goals. His role spans the full employee lifecycle, with particular expertise in recruitment, leadership development, people and culture business partnering, and employee relations.
Jackson is known for providing measured, practical advice that empowers leaders to make informed decisions for their teams. By coaching and supporting managers, he helps drive positive people outcomes through strong recruitment and retention practices that enhance engagement and strengthen Accru’s culture.
Outside of work, Jackson is most proud of his family life — enjoying time with his two young daughters, a supportive partner, and their much-loved Labrador.
